Jayne Hrdlicka farewells Virgin Australia; declares its transformation “nothing short of remarkable”

Read More » Hrdlicka, who took charge at VA in November 2020 after the airline existed voluntary administration, formally handed the reins of Australia’s second largest carrier to Dave Emerson on March 14. “I could not be more proud of everything we have achieved together,” Hrdlicka said on LinkedIn. “The transformation of this business post administration has been nothing short of remarkable. Today we are Australia's most loved airline, most trusted, most punctual and [most] reliable airline. We are delivering record financial performance and results many thought impossible.”
