International Air Transport Association global head of cargo, Brendan Sullivan, told delegates at this week’s 18th World Cargo Symposium being held in Dubai that the air cargo market has demonstrated resilience with its focus on safety and security, improved real-time visibility from digitization and sustainability. He added the recent escalation in global trade tensions was deeply concerning. “We believe trade drives prosperity,” Sullivan said. “So, whatever the resolution to current trade tensions is, we know air cargo will be there to deliver the goods people need and want.”
