Qantas Airways will resume international flying from Adelaide in October with a four times a week service from the South Australian capital city to Auckland. Read More » The rotation, to be flown by 737-800s, will operate from October 31 to May 6, 2026. “This is fantastic news for our South Australian customers. They will have access to a direct international flight to Auckland as well as connections to New York via Auckland,” Qantas Airways international CEO, Cam Wallace, said. At present, Air New Zealand is the only airline flying between the two cities. The oneworld alliance member also has reopened its domestic business class lounge at the airport after refurbishment.
