All Nippon Airways (ANA) intends to equip 80% of all cabin classes on international routes with free internet Wi-Fi by 2030. Read More » The initial rollout, provided by Viasat Inc., covers six 767-300ERs, 19 787-9s and 18 yet to be delivered 777-9Xs. "The integration of Viasat’s Wi-Fi equipment enables the 767-300ERs to offer a seamless and stay connected internet experience, mirroring ground-level performance," ANA executive vice president of customer experience, Tomoji Ishii, said. "ANA is committed to strengthening its in-flight connectivity and will continue to deliver improvements to enhance customer convenience." The Star Alliance member offers free Wi-Fi internet access across its domestic network.
