Philippine Airlines to fly Cebu-Guam from December

Philippine Airlines (PAL) will add a second nonstop route to Guam in December when it starts three times weekly flights from Cebu to the U.S. territory with A321ceo aircraft. Read More » The new route, which commences on December 16, has been scheduled as an overnight flight from Cebu and a morning departure from Guam. PAL currently offers daily nonstop flights between Manila and Guam. "This new service enhances Cebu’s role as a strategic gateway to international markets, while providing Guam’s large Filipino community and travellers from the U.S. Pacific territory direct access to the Visayas and Mindanao regions," PAL president, Richard Nuttall, said. "It reflects our commitment to growing our network and supporting economic and tourism flows between the Philippines and Guam." There is currently no airline flying nonstop between Cebu and Guam. PAL and United offer nonstop Manila-Guam service.
