Emirates expands premium economy offering to Kuala Lumpur

Read More » The four-class 777-300ER, which features the airline’s new premium economy and upgraded business class, has been rostered on the EK347 and EK348 rotation between Dubai and Kuala Lumpur. "Malaysia has been a key market for Emirates for nearly three decades," Emirates country manager for Malaysia, Saeed Mubarak, said. "The new interiors bring more comfort and more choice, ensuring every passenger enjoys a seamless and consistent journey, no matter how they choose to fly." Emirates said it had completed cabin upgrades on 67 aircraft as part of its planned retrofit program for 219 aircraft. The rollout of premium economy continued to gather pace, with the airline stating it expected to offer two million seats annually in the cabin between economy and business across its network by the end of this year, with the figure forecast to double to four million seats in 2026.
