Airports of Thailand (AOT) reported net profit of 4.7 billion baht (US$150 million) for the three months to December 31 2025, down 12.9% from net profit of 5.3 billion baht in the prior corresponding period. Revenue fell 4.6% to 16.9 billion baht, AOT said in a regulatory filing. The company said it recorded passenger growth of 2.5% in the three-month period despite "facing uncertainties from the global economy, intense competition in the Asia-Pacific region, and a negative image of Thailand’s tourism combined with high airfares".

Avionics business, Innovative Aerosystems, has reported net profit of US$4.1 million for the three months to December 31 2025, close to five times net profit of US$736,192 in the same three months in 2024. Revenue rose 36.5% to US$21.8 million, Innovative Aerosystems said in a regulatory filing. "As we look ahead to the remainder of fiscal 2026, we remain confident in the growth trajectory of our business, supported by strength within the commercial aviation market, an anticipated ramp in defence-related revenue, and growing backlog across our end-markets," CEO Shahram Askarpour said.

Aircraft conversion company, Elbe Flugzeugwerke, has signed a contract with lessor Hengqin Winglet Aircraft Technology to provide a A330 passenger-to-freighter conversion. Elbe Flugzeugwerke is a joint-venture between Airbus and ST Engineering.

Safran’s electronics and defence arm has acquired Global Navigation Satellite Systems solutions company, Syntony, for an undisclosed sum.
