March 30th 2026
ANA HOLDINGS INC will bring together its three cargo businesses - ANA Cargo (ACX), NCA Japan (NCAJ) and Nippon Cargo Airlines (NCA) - into a single operating entity. Read More » From April 1, the trio will operate under the NCA air transport business license and air operator certificate. The move is designed to unify the airline group’s cargo sales structure outside Japan, consolidate warehouse operations in Japan and streamline cargo handling outside Japan, ANA HOLDINGS said. "This integration aims to strengthen the competitiveness of the ANA Group’s cargo business by combining the expertise of ACX as a combination carrier with the specialized know-how of NCA and NCAJ as dedicated freighter operators," ANA HOLDINGS said. "By further enhancing the synergy between its passenger flight network and freighter operations, the group will provide end-to-end solutions — integrating everything from sales to flight operations and cargo handling. This will allow the group to be more responsive to customer needs and the rapidly changing market, ultimately delivering even greater convenience and value to its customers."
