Philippine Airlines schedules return to Dubai for October 2026

Philippine Airlines (PAL) announced that, in response to recent developments in the Middle East, flights between Manila and Dubai will resume on October 2, 2026. Read More » The carrier will initially operate four weekly flights before progressively increasing service to daily. InsiderPH notices that the resumption comes as travel between the Philippines and the UAE becomes more accessible for many Filipino travelers. Eligible Philippine passport holders can now obtain a visa on arrival in the UAE if they hold a valid visa, residence permit, or Green Card issued by the United States, the European Union/Schengen Area, Australia, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Canada, or New Zealand.
