AirAsia Indonesia sets IPO date

“The company is now processing administrative requirements for the initial public offering (IPO). AirAsia’s performance has been good, marked by increasing passengers and new planes,” he said.
Dharmadi said the company plans to float 20% of its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and has appointed the underwriters for the IPO.
AirAsia initially planned to conduct the IPO in the first quarter of last year.
The AirAsia Group moved its headquarters from Kuala Lumpur to Jakarta, Indonesia, earlier this year when it launched AirAsia ASEAN to focus on the burgeoning Southeast Asia region.
