South Korea’s Jin Air has signed an agreement with aviation IT provider, IBS, to develop a next generation passenger service system, the IFly Res passenger services system. Read More » Jin Air president and CEO, Choi Jeong-ho, said the IBS solution is expected to increase the airline’s reservation, ticketing and transportation, expand online sales and strengthen customer service standards. IBS clients include Qantas Airways, British Airways and Lufthansa.
