India’s Vistara names Vidod Kannan as chief strategy officer
India’s Vistara has announced that Vinod Kannan will be its chief strategy officer from next month. At present, the electrical engineering graduate is chief commercial officer of regional LCC Scoot, a Singapore Airlines (SIA) subsidiary. Vistara, which is preparing to launch international services, is jointly held by Indian conglomerate, Tata, and SIA. Sanjiv Kapoor, who has been Vistara’s chief commercial officer and chief strategy officer, will continue at the carrier as chief commercial officer.
