The scion of HNA Group chairman, Chen Feng, is the new president of the indebted aviation to finance conglomerate, financial magazine Caixin has reported. Read More » Chen Xiaofeng will replace Zhang Ling in a group restructuring and join the group’s board, Reuters said, quoting the October 12 Caixin story. Cheng Feng has been sole HNA Group chairman since the death of co-founder, Wang Jian, in France in July last year. HNA group is divesting global assets acquired in a worldwide spending spree to meet loans falling due for investments in Asia, Europe and North America.
