India and Russia open air travel bubble this week

India's Ministry of Civil Aviation said it had established an air bubble arrangement with Russia scheduled to start from Friday, February 12. Read More » The agreement will allow Indian and Russian carriers to operate services between the two countries to transport Bhutanese, Indian, Nepalese and Russian nationals and seamen of various nationalities, subject to conditions, the ministry said on its website.
