Read More » The LCC said COVID-19 procedures and protocols in Australia, China, Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand posed operational difficulties for airlines and were challenging and difficult for travellers to understand and follow.
“Travel requirements in the region are complex and uncoordinated and travel bubbles are limited and underutilised," Bo said. "While we welcome the implementation of certain travel passes, which are being developed or in testing phases, what is needed to stimulate international air travel again is coordination among countries."
