Korean Air wins Incheon-Seoul airport popularity contest for second consecutive year

Korean Air (KAL) has taken out the airline of the year title at the annual Incheon Airport Awards for a second year. Read More » The award is based on six categories – service satisfaction, safety culture, check-in convenience, flight punctuality, operation services and smart services. "This award is an achievement that all of our employees have earned together despite the difficult situation due to COVID-19," KAL managing vice president and head of the airline's Seoul Incheon passenger traffic office, Ha Man Kee, said.
