Acting THAI president, Chansin Treenuchagron, named interim CEO; announced other key senior appointments

In a separate SET filing, THAI named Chai Eamsiri as chief of finance and accounting and Krisana Jaemkrajang chief accountant. Both appointments also took effect on May 1. The leadership changes are part of the airline's new organisation structure. THAI's 13,000 creditors, who are owed about 410 billion baht (US$13.1 billion), will meet next week to vote on the airline's rehabilitation plan.
