CDB Aviation adds three 737 MAX 8s to United Airlines agreement

China Development Bank Financial Leasing Company (CDB) said in a regulatory filing to the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong its aviation leasing arm, CDB Aviation Lease Finance DAC, had added three aircraft to a purchase-and-leaseback agreement with United Airlines (UA) first struck in September last year. Read More » The three 737 MAX 8s will join the 10 737 MAX 8s and two 787-9s that were part of the original deal, CDB said. The 15 Boeing planes are scheduled for delivery to UA this year with each of them entering into service under an operating lease agreement.
