BOC Aviation names Wei Hanguang as non-executive director; Wang Zhiheng steps down

BOC Aviation said in a regulatory filing to the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Wang Zhiheng had resigned as a non-executive director and stepped down from the board on June 4 after he was appointed to a new role at the Bank of China. Read More » In the same statement, the company announced Wei Hanguang had joined the lessor’s board as a non-executive director. Before her appointment, Wei was Bank of China human resources department general manager. She also holds directorships at BOC International Holdings Ltd, Bank of China Group Investment Ltd, BOC International (China) Co. Ltd, BOC Services Co. Ltd and BOC-Samsung Life Insurance Co. Ltd.
