Royal Brunei begins A320neo cargo flights

Royal Brunei Airlines (RBA) has reconfigured one of its A320neos for freighter operations. Read More » The airline said the converted aircraft, with seats removed, flew its first freight-only flight on June 21. The aircraft will operate routes across Southeast Asia, RBA said. “We are delighted to launch this service to the cargo community to support strong regional demand and continue our role of transporting essential supplies and services into and from Brunei," RBA CEO, Captain Khalidkhan Hj Asmakhan, said. “Our cargo operations have performed strongly in the last 12 months and this A320neo conversion allows us to build on our capability, network and the strategic location of Brunei to maximise the opportunity," he said.
