Thai AirAsia extends flight suspension

Asia Aviation Public Company Limited (AAPC), the parent of Thai AirAsia, said on Friday the airline's domestic flight operations would remain suspended until August 8. Read More » Thai AirAsia's scheduled domestic flights have been cancelled since July 12 as a result of the serious COVID-19 situation in Thailand. The suspension was due to be lifted on July 31. AAPC said in the regulatory filing to the Stock Exchange of Thailand the company and Thai AirAsia would continue to evaluate the situation closely. “We are prepared to reinstate our services as soon as the situation improves," AAPC said.
