Nok Air must submit 2020 financial accounts to stock exchange by September 1

The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has set a deadline of September 1 for Nok Air to lodge its financial accounts. Read More » At the end of July, Nok Air told the SET it was working closely with auditors to submit its 2020 financial report no later than August 31. "Due to the application of new accounting standards on impairment, which involved complex computing, the company is unable to complete the computations in time for the submission of financial statements," Nok Air said. The airline is working through a business rehabilitation plan recently approved by the country's Central Bankruptcy Court.
