Creditors approve Nok Air rehabilitation plan

Nok Air said creditors approved the airline's business rehabilitation plan at a meeting on Wednesday, where 76.72% of the total debt of creditors accepted the rehabilitation strategy. Read More » The LCC said the country's Central Bankruptcy Court will consider the Rehabilitation Plan on 26 August. The Thai carrier first applied to the Central Bankruptcy Court to undergo debt restructuring, fleet and route adjustments and commercial strategies at the end of July 2020. The restructuring was submitted to the official receiver in May.
