China Airlines passenger numbers up 56% in July

Taiwan's flag carrier, China Airlines (CAL), said passengers it transported in July rose 55.8%, to 8,076, from 5,183 passengers in June. Read More » Despite the month-on-month improvement, the July numbers were down 67.8%, from 25,088 passengers in the same month in 2020. Passenger load factor for the reported 31 days was 23.4% compared with 34.4% in June and 27.6% in July 2020.
