Air Lease Corporation said its US$1.1 billion capital rising would be US$600 million of senior unsecured medium-term notes due on August 18, 2024 at 0.8% and US$500 million of senior unsecured medium-term notes due September 1, 2028 at 2.1%. The funds will be used for general corporate purposes such as purchasing aircraft and repaying debt.
