Malaysia-listed inflight services and logistics company, Brahim's Holdings Berhad, has reported a net loss of 6.5 million ringgit (US$1.5 million) for the three months to June 30, a deterioration from a net loss of 3.4 million ringgit in the same three months in 2020. Qatar Airways Cargo will expand the rollout of the third party eBooking platform, WebCargo by Freightos, to 72 markets in its network by August 23. The airline began using the product in six countries in February.

Satellite company, Inmarsat, is participating in this year's Boeing ecoDemonstrator program, with the company's ELERA satellite network to be trialled outside Europe for the first time. The 2021 ecoDemonstrator aircraft is a 737-9 in partnership with Alaska Airlines.

C&L Aviation Services said its maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) facility in Maine in the U.S. recently completed the world's first cargo conversion on a Saab 340B+ turboprop, using a kit from Sweden-based Täby Air Maintenance that is approved by regulators in Europe and the U.S.
