AirAsia X pushes back release of financial results

Malaysia-listed AirAsia X has postponed the release of its financial results for the three months to June 30, due to the coronavirus pandemic. Read More » The company said it had utilised the automatic one-month extension of time introduced by the Bursa Malaysia in June due to the steep increase of COVID-19 cases and the implementation of a full movement control order (FMCO) by the Malaysian government to contain the spread of the virus. "Notwithstanding the aforesaid automatic extension of time granted by Bursa Securities, the company will endeavour to make the necessary issuance as soon as possible and continue to comply with the continuing disclosure obligations," AirAsia X said.
