India extends international travel restrictions

India's Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has extended an order prohibiting international commercial passenger flights until September 30. Read More » The circular said all-cargo services, as well as flights specifically approved by the DGCA, would be exempt from the restrictions, which have been in place since late March 2020. "International scheduled flights may be allowed on selected routes by the competent authority on a case to case basis," the order said. India has established air transport bubbles with 28 nations.
