Read More » “SkyTeam members unanimously support IATA’s 25by2025 initiative, working to close the gender gap to ensure greater representation for women in our industry and to better reflect the gender diversity of our customers," SkyTeam CEO, Kristin Colvile, said. Colvile is first female CEO of a global airline alliance. “SkyTeam and its members also are working on a variety of programs and resources, including leadership and network development, to nurture female talent, increase the number of women in senior executive positions and encourage future generations of women to choose aviation as a career.” Launched in 2019, the airline lobby group's 25by2025 initiative aims to increase the number of women in senior positions and under-represented roles by 25%, or up to a minimum of 25%, by 2025.
