All Nippon Airways updates domestic schedule

All Nippon Airways (ANA) has cancelled another 6,510 domestic flights from September 16 to October 31, due to reduced air traffic demand. As a consequence, ANA will operate 64% of its normal domestic flying pattern in September, down two percentage points from 66% in its previous update late last month. The Star Alliance member's domestic operation rate for October is 73%. Japan yesterday extended a state of emergency in 19 prefectures across the country, including Osaka and Tokyo, until the end of the month.
