Philippine Airlines: placed an order for 54 new Airbus aircraft

PAL president, Ramon S. Ang, said the A330-300s will operate on PAL’s Middle East and Australian routes while the A321s will increase services to the domestic and regional destinations of PAL and its partners. “The fleet modernization plan will play a key role in revitalizing PAL and growing trade and tourism in the country,” said PAL’s chairman, Lucio Tan.
