China grants regional subsidies to 54 Mainland airlines

The Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) has awarded 54 airlines more than 1.5 billion yuan (US$233 million) in subsidies under the 2022 budget for domestic regional air routes. Read More » The CACC said the proposed budget, which is in a publicity period until October 7, was compiled based on civil aviation transport statistics taken from the second half of 2020 to the first half of 2021 in accordance with interim measures for the administration of regional aviation subsidies.
