Thailand confirms quarantine restrictions will be lifted for five countries from November 1

Read More » The approval is for an initial period from November 1 to December 31, The Bangkok Post reported. The newspaper quoted CCSA spokesman, Taweesilp Visanuyothin, as saying the number of destinations opened to tourists will expand from four provinces to 17. The destinations will include all of Bangkok, Samut Prakan (only Suvarnabhumi airport), Prachuap Khiri Khan (Hua Hin district) and all of Krabi and Phangnga. Another 16 major provinces will open from December 1, although the list was not finalized as yet, Taweesilp said.
