Boeing and STAECO to expand Mainland 737 freighter conversion line network

Boeing will add two 737-800 Boeing Converted Freighter (BCF) conversion lines to its global network in partnership with Taikoo (Shandong) Aircraft Engineering Co. Ltd (STAECO), a response to strong market demand. Read More » The first line is scheduled to open in the first quarter of next year and the second by mid-2022. Both lines will be located at STAECO's facility in Jinan, China. “Boeing is pleased to continue growing our strong and mutually beneficial relationship with STAECO by creating additional conversion capacity to meet growing global demand,” Boeing vice president for commercial sales and marketing China, Peter Gao, said. The two additional lines will give STAECO seven 737-800BCF conversion lines.
