HNA Group transfers aviation businesses management to strategic Mainland investor

China’s HNA Group has ceded management of its aviation businesses to strategic investor, Liaoning Fangda Group Industrial Co Ltd. Read More » The announcement was made on Chinese social media, media has reported. The conglomerate entered bankruptcy administration in February after piling up massive debts from a global acquisition spree. In September, Liaoning Fangda Group Industrial Co Ltd was named as the strategic investor for HNA Group's airline businesses, which include Beijing Capital Airlines, Hainan Airlines and Hong Kong Airlines, among others.
