Airbus, Boeing suspend support to Russian airlines

Airbus and Boeing have rescinded support to Russian airlines in response to the imposition of sanctions against the Russian government following its invasion of Ukraine, media reports citing comments from a company spokesperson. Boeing has suspended parts, maintenance and technical support to Russian carriers, shut its Moscow training facility and closed its offices in the Ukraine capital of Kyiv. Airbus said its engineering facility in Russia also had put operations on hold.
