Korean Air updates European and North American schedule as war rages in Ukraine

Korean Air’s (KAL) passenger flights to Moscow and Vladivostok and cargo services that had been transiting through the Russian capital are being suspended until the end of April due to safety concerns amid Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Read More » The SkyTeam alliance member also is using flight paths that avoid Russian and Ukrainian airspace on services between Seoul Incheon and Amsterdam, Frankfurt, London and Paris in Europe and Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, New York, Toronto and Washington in North America to Seoul Incheon. The European services are now flying over China, Kazakhstan and Turkey, adding between 90 and 165 minutes to travel times, KAL said. Effected flights from North America will operate on the Alaska Pacific transport route and take about 60 minutes to 100 minutes longer to complete the journeys.
