AirAsia Philippines to boost flight operations from Zamboanga City

Read More » The new freight route will transport about 200 tons of cargo a month from the southern Philippines city, the LCC said, and added the extra passenger services will support tourism. “We hope the increased flight frequency and expanded cargo operations will aid growth of the city’s tourism and trade industries,” AirAsia Philippines head of communications and public affairs, Steve Dailisan, said. “We are confident Zamboanga City, because of Zamboanga City International Airport, is poised to be a key economic driver for the region as the country gears up for post-pandemic recovery.”
