In her new role Scott will set and oversee the execution of the business's overall people strategy in line with its ESG goals. She will lead all aspects of talent acquisition and engagement, training, development and performance management as well as build an agile culture of diversity, inclusivity, and personal growth. Scott was most recently Head of Human Resources at the Dublin-based lessor.
