Guangzhou-headquartered China Southern Airlines, has established a separate Shanghai operating unit that will service both domestic and regional routes with a start-up fleet of three B737-800s that will expand quickly to 10 aircraft. Read More »

Initial routes will be from Shanghai to Wuhan, Kunming, Shenzhen and Guiyang as well as Guangzhou. Air China also operates a separate company that flies from Shanghai to three European destinations, Frankfurt, Paris and Zurich.
