ECS Group’s Globe Air Cargo unit has been appointed by Vietnam-based Bamboo Airways as the airline's exclusive general sales agent (GSA) in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines and Singapore.
Air travel technology provider, SITA, has launched its flex-as-a-service platform that allows airport staff to check in passengers and provide other services to them using a mobile device rather than a fixed kiosk. SITA is now conducting proof-of-concept trials of the platform at airports worldwide.
