It has announced it will put the 271-seat airliners on Haneda to Chitose, in Sapporo, and Naha, in Okinawa when its third A330 joins its fleet in August. Skymark president, Shinichi Nishikubo, said load factor on the A330 flights was a better than expected 70% and added he was confident the flights would reach their load factor target of 85%. Nishikubo will use the belly space in the A330s for a new cargo business as well as using the aircraft for international charter flying.
