From October 2, Delta Air Lines is restoring nonstop Minneapolis/St Paul-Seoul Incheon operated with A350-900s. Read More » Initially, the SkyTeam alliance member will serve the route three times a week but then increase frequency to daily in the final week of October. Delta said the Minneapolis/St Paul-Incheon route will restore its South Korea network to pre-COVID-19 levels, following the return of Seattle-Incheon on July 12 and the operation of the existing service from Atlanta and Detroit to Incheon that will be upgraded to daily in early August. “As travel restrictions ease, international and business travel is expected to drive the next leg of Delta’s recovery,” Delta vice president Asia-Pacific, Matteo Curcio, said. “Recent demand has been strong in Asian markets, particularly in Korea, as they have rolled back COVID-era travel restrictions. Full restoration of the airline’s Korea network is a positive indicator of what is to come for the rest of Asia.” The routes are part of Delta's trans-Pacific joint venture with Korean Air.
