Starlux Airlines to receive first A350-900 in October

Taiwan’s Starlux Airlines expects to take delivery of its first A350-900 next month. Read More » The full-service airline, which has ordered 18 A350-900s, said the wide-bodies will first fly routes within Asia and then shift to long-haul destinations next April. The airline’s inaugural international A350-900 route will be nonstop Taipei-Los Angeles. Starlux’s A350-900s have a four class configuration: four first, 32 business, 24 premium economy and 246 economy class seats. Taiwan’s newest international airline expects to have two A350-900s in its fleet by year-end 2022. In other Starlux news, the airline has announced it will fly Taipei to Okinawa, Sapporo and Da Nang from October 28.
