Vietjet heads to Kazakhstan; eyes trade ties with neighbouring nations

Read More » Schedules on the Vietjet website show the nine-hour route will operate twice a week with A330s. “With the flight network connecting Kazakhstan and other regional countries with Vietnam, Vietjet believes it will contribute to the important development of economic trade and tourism relations between Vietnam and Kazakhstan and other countries in the region,” Vietjet vice president, Chu Viet Cuong, said. A signing ceremony announcing the route was held in Astana this week with representatives from Vietjet, the Kazakhstan Civil Aviation Committee and government officials.
