India carrier, Alliance Air, has taken delivery of two ATR42-600 turboprops. The aircraft joined the regional carrier on a long-term operating lease with TrueNoord.

Lessor AerCap has placed firm orders with Elbe Flugzeugwerke to convert 15 A321 passenger aircraft to freighters, with options for another 15 conversions. The A321s will be sourced from AerCap's aircraft portfolio, with deliveries to begin in 2023 and run to 2025.

MRO AFI KLM E&M has been contracted to provide full engine support for Fly Gangwon’s CFM56-7b engines that power the South Korean LCC’s three 737-800s.

In December, the oneworld airline marketing alliance will shift its global headquarters from New York City to the campus of founding member American Airlines adjacent to Dallas/Fort Worth Airport. “With our new home in Fort Worth, we anticipate even closer collaboration with American and our member airlines as we work side by side to strengthen oneworld,” oneworld CEO, Rob Gurney, said.

Food and services provider, SATS, has reopened its inflight catering centre, ICC1, to add catering capacity as the air travel recovery accelerates. ICC1 is one of two Singapore inflight catering facilities operated by SATS.

The Civil Aeronautics Administration of Taiwan has announced pre-construction work on a passenger terminal at Kaohsiung Airport , with the capacity to handle 16.5 million passengers a year, will commence in 2023.
