Adani Defence and Aerospace has completed all definitive agreements necessary to acquire MRO provider, Air Works, for 4 billion rupee (US$48 million).
Air France Industries KLM E&M has agreed a branded service agreement with CFM International to offer the full MRO services for LEAP-1A and LEAP-1B engines.
Rolls-Royce and Alder Fuels have Memorandum of Understanding to jointly test sustainable aviation fuel (SAF). As part of the partnership, Rolls-Royce will test Alder Fuels-produced SAF on its Pearl engine platform.
