China Eastern Airlines flew 2.5 million domestic travellers in November

China Eastern Airlines (CEA) carried 2.5 million air travellers on its Mainland network in November, down 17.8% from the 3 million domestic customers flown in October. The SkyTeam alliance member's domestic passenger load factor for the 30 days was 65.3% against 66.2% in October and 58.7% in November last year. The company again cautioned COVID-19 was having a significant impact on its business and that great uncertainty remained about the timespan and severity of the pandemic. In pre-COVID November 2019, CEA flew 9 million domestic passengers and recorded a load factor of 82.5%.
