Japan Airlines launches second attempt at “JAL Smile” domestic fare sale

Japan Airlines (JAL) will hold a ticket sale from March 31 to April 1 that will offer flat fares of 6,600 yen (US$50) for adults and 4,950 yen for children on any domestic route in its network. The oneworld alliance member attempted a similar sale on March 9, but abandoned it after the website suffered a system failure. The flag carrier has updated its systems to ensure the “JAL Smile” campaign will go ahead the second time around.
