Airbus is no longer in discussions to acquire 29.9% of security and IT company, Evidian. Airbus concluded the objectives of the two companies “in the current context and under the current structure” did not match. The OEM will continue to discuss other potential options with Evidian parent, Atos, it said.
Taiwan-headquartered China Airlines has signed a component support agreement with Liebherr-Aerospace covering the air conditioning and bleed system components on its 25 A321neos. Liebherr-Singapore will provide the material support and component maintenance services to the Taiwan flag carrier.
The International Air Transport Association’s World Cargo Symposium will be held in Istanbul from April 25 to April 27 and will focus on sustainability, safety and digitalisation.
